In order to facilitate the opening of your trading account, relevant onboarding data may be shared securely with our execution partner, Interactive Brokers.

3. Technical Support Sessions (TeamViewer)

When you utilize our 1-on-1 technical support via screen-sharing software (such as TeamViewer), we only access your screen to assist with software configuration. We do not record these sessions without your explicit consent, and we do not store any of your private financial data or account passwords viewed during the setup process.

If you subscribe to our stock letters or community updates, we use your email address to deliver this educational content. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link provided in the emails.
