1. Scope of Services

Prime Brokerage (a brand of SAMT AG) operates exclusively as an Introducing Broker (Nachweismakler according to Swiss OR Art. 412 ff.). Our services are strictly limited to two functions:

2. No Trade Execution or Custody

SAMT AG does not execute, route, or clear any trades. We do not hold, manage, or have access to client funds or assets. All execution, clearing, and asset custody are securely handled by Interactive Brokers.

3. No Investment Advice or Suitability Checks

SAMT AG provides technical support and general educational market intelligence (via The Prime Academy and our stock letters). We do not provide personalized financial advice, portfolio management, or investment recommendations. Furthermore, neither SAMT AG nor Interactive Brokers conducts a "suitability review" (Eignungsprüfung) to ensure that specific trades or strategies align with your personal financial situation.

4. Independent Trading

The client acknowledges that all trading decisions are made completely independently and at their own risk. Our technical support team will assist you in understanding how to enter orders into the software, but will never advise you on what assets to buy or sell.

5. The "Pool" Pricing Model

By opening an account through SAMT AG, clients benefit from volume-based discounts negotiated with Interactive Brokers. SAMT AG reserves the right to adjust its fee structures in accordance with market conditions and partner agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Because SAMT AG does not execute trades, we are not liable for any financial losses, execution delays, system outages, or market volatility. Clients trade at their own risk.
